Square D® Clipsal® Saturn™ Keypad with Dynamic Labeling Technology Receies Mark of Excellence Award
Schneider Electric announces that its Square D® Clipsal® Saturn™ keypad with Dynamic Labeling Technology™ (DLT) was recognized by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) at the 2008 Mark of Excellence Awards as Best Lighting Control product of the year.
The TechHome Mark of Excellence Awards program, presented by the CEA TechHome Division, recognizes the best in custom home electronics products, services and installed technology. The winner was announced, March 14 in conjunction with the Electronic House Expo (EHX) held in Orlando, Fla. Installation Systems & Control Business Director Brad Wills and IS&C Eastern Region Sales Manager David Bruce accepted the award on the company’s behalf. "We are honored to be recognized by the CEA for the Best Lighting Control product of the year," Wills said. "This is an especially gratifying award considering the competition we face in this market. It’s a real testament to the company’s design efforts."
The award-winning Square D Clipsal Saturn keypad with DLT is beautifully crafted with a pure glass cover plate and is available in white, cream, black and mocha colors. It can control up to eight functions, including lighting, multiroom audio and other subsystems from a single keypad. Each round silver push button is capable of being programmed to perform on/off, dimming, timer and custom functions. Additionally, its user-configurable blue LED switch indicators provide illumination and status feedback and a backlit screen makes it easy to see in the dark. Remote control functionality also is available.
